(Senior) Recruiter - High-Volume Hiring (m / f / d)

About The Role

As we continue our expansion in Chile, we\'re looking for a motivated and driven (Senior) Talent Acquisition Specialist (m / f / d) , who will join our Global Talent Acquisition team and focus on recruiting for our business departments, with a strong emphasis on high-volume hiring for bus stations, shops, and operational staff. This role will be based in Santiago de Chile under a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire end-to-end recruitment process for different business departments, with a particular emphasis on high-volume hiring in bus terminals, shops, and frontline operations
• Partner closely with hiring managers and their teams to ensure smooth, efficient hiring processes
• Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
• Conduct regular onsite interviews and candidate assessments directly at bus terminals and shops on a weekly basis, ensuring strong talent pipelines
• Own and drive the offer process from beginning to end, while providing a world-class experience to your candidates that aligns with our values
• Promote our employer brand, champion the Flix culture and ensure we hired the right people for the right team who also aligned to our mission and values
• Maintain high data quality and standards across all our tools and systems (e.g. Greenhouse)
