Job Description
Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective internal and external communication strategies to enhance the company's reputation. Will be responsible for public relations, internal communication, and all communication with agencies regarding PR matters. The main objective is to ensure clear, consistent, and aligned communication with the company's needs (business and culture) to foster a positive work culture and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
The role will oversee the execution of programs such as Interns and Trainees within the company, support Talent Acquisition to ensure cultural fit of candidates aligned with Kraft Heinz's culture, and manage the entire onboarding process.
Additionally, the role supports and executes projects, programs, and activities of People & Performance South (Colombia & Chile) to meet personal needs, improve engagement and performance of the Commercial & Support Teams, and help implement the People & Performance strategy.
