Job Description
Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective internal and external communication strategies to enhance the company's reputation. Will handle public relations and internal communication, and will manage all communication with agencies on PR matters. The main objective is to ensure clear, consistent, and aligned communication with the company's needs (business and culture) to foster a positive work culture and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
The role will oversee the execution of programs such as Interns and Trainees within the company, and support Talent Acquisition to ensure cultural fit of candidates aligned with Kraft Heinz's culture. Additionally, will manage the entire onboarding process.
Responsible for supporting and executing projects, programs, and activities of People & Performance South (Colombia & Chile) to meet personal needs, improve engagement and performance of the Commercial & Support Teams, and help implement the People & Performance strategy.
