Overview
Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (m / f / d) at Apply Digital in Santiago, Chile. This is a contract role; hybrid / remote-friendly with preference for candidates based in Latin America. The role focuses on attracting technology, professional services, and consulting talent to support Apply Digital’s growth.
Responsibilities
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques to identify top-tier candidates globally, prioritizing speed, quality, and diversity.
- Act as a senior leader within the recruitment team, mentoring junior members and setting a high standard for recruitment excellence.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and anticipated roles across all areas of Apply Digital.
- Partner closely with the talent team and hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of role-specific requirements; develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and progress.
- Collaborate with the People Operations team to ensure a positive hiring and onboarding experience.
- Enhance the candidate experience by effectively presenting candidates’ skills and qualifications to hiring managers and maintaining engagement with potential candidates through various channels.
- Stay informed about industry trends and conduct market research to refine talent acquisition strategies.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, aligning recruitment strategies with broader business objectives and providing actionable market insights.
Requirements
A minimum of 6 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in technology, professional services, or consulting industries.Strong knowledge of technology and IT roles, including software development, engineering, data science, quality engineering, and related fields.Proven ability to consult with hiring managers, offering strategic advice and market insights.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English, with demonstrated success in engaging stakeholders across all organizational levels.Proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to take ownership of recruitment processes and meet tight deadlines.Expertise in advanced sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), social media platforms, and job boards. Familiarity with Lever and Get On Board is a plus.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to mentor junior team members.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.3 months contract with possibility of extension.Life at Apply Digital

Location : Latin America, preferably aligning with PT (Pacific Time) or ET (Eastern Time). Santiago, Chile-based candidates may work from the Santiago office; others are fully remote.
