Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire end-to-end recruitment process for different business departments, with emphasis on high-volume hiring in bus terminals, shops, and frontline operations
• Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure smooth, efficient hiring processes
• Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
• Conduct regular onsite interviews and candidate assessments at bus terminals and shops weekly
• Own and drive the offer process from start to finish, delivering a world-class candidate experience that aligns with our values
• Promote our employer brand and Flix culture, ensuring hires align with mission and values
• Maintain high data quality and standards across tools and systems (e.g., Greenhouse)
