We are looking for a Bilingual English / Spanish Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our remote team in LATAM. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating the recruitment process for interpreters across multiple languages, with a focus on achieving daily and weekly recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment platforms.
• Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines, ensuring accurate records.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Track recruitment KPIs (e.g., candidates sourced, interviews scheduled, hires made).
• Provide an excellent candidate experience from start to finish.
