Overview

As the Team Leader for Business Development, you will lead a team of professionals to achieve revenue targets and expand partnerships across the LATAM region. Your responsibilities include team management, strategy development, and direct client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) focused on LATAM markets
• Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, ensuring alignment with regional goals
• Develop and implement strategies to recruit and grow IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners
• Provide training and guidance to team members on market trends, sales techniques, and company offerings
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance partner experience
• Analyze team performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management
• Attend and lead team participation in LATAM expos, conferences, and client meetings
