We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Recruiter / Outreach Specialist to connect with business owners in the home care industry . The role involves cold calling , building rapport, and introducing the services our company offers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct outbound cold calls to business owners of home care companies.
• Present and promote the services our company offers in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects to generate interest.
• Accurately record interactions, leads, and progress in the CRM or designated system.
• Follow up with prospects as needed to move conversations forward.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of recruitment and outreach goals.
