Overview

We are seeking a proactive Contract Recruiter to join our People team. This individual will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and recruiting top-tier talent, predominantly focusing on technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software engineering roles, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to identify and move forward exceptional candidates quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and engage candidates for roles, predominantly technical software engineering positions and product positions.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to internal leadership, aligning hiring initiatives with business objectives to attract and retain top-tier talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and technical skills needed.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings, assess technical qualifications, and assess cultural fit.
  • Provide a high level of candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

  • 3+ years proven experience in full-cycle corporate recruiting for technical roles, particularly Software Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering concepts, programming languages, and technical skills.
  • Experience working on roles within Infrastructure, Quality Assurance, Machine Learning / AI, Data, etc.
  • Background recruiting for contract roles or you have worked with global employment platforms.
  • Ability to engage and influence passive candidates.
  • Experience using Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • SaaS / tech industry experience.
  • Experience recruiting in LATAM (Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, etc.).
  • Preferred

  • Experience in recruiting for tech companies or startups.
  • Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, SQL, etc.) is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus).
  • This position works remotely and is hireable in Latin America (Mexico; Colombia; Brazil; Argentina; Chile).
