Overview
We\u2019re looking for a sharp and driven HR professional to help us grow our team. Your main focus will be recruitment 5 reviewing applications, sourcing strong candidates on LinkedIn, and running first-round interviews to identify the best fits.
Base pay range
$19,200.00 / yr - $22,800.00 / yr
Responsibilities
- Review resumes and applications for fit
- Proactively source and outreach to candidates on LinkedIn
- Conduct first-round interviews with candidates (both sourced and applicants)
- Assess personality, drive, and cultural fit we\u2019re strict with our hiring and only looking for A-players
- Source and hire across a variety of roles, including marketing, product, and developer positions
- Support hiring efforts across North America, Latin America, and the Philippines
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, and interviewingStrong instincts for evaluating people\u2019s personalities, motivation, and work ethicDetail-oriented, organized, and able to move quickly without sacrificing qualityBenefits
