Job Position : Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
- Screen and review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the position
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process with hiring managers
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to hiring and employment
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and proactively identify future hiring needs
Soft Skills
Proven experience as a Full Cycle Recruiter or similar roleExperience working with candidates in the Healthcare IndustryDeep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment processExperience with various sourcing techniques and toolsStrong interviewing and evaluation skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to effectively manage multiple job openings and prioritize tasksExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Knowledge of employment laws and regulationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field preferredSchedule
