Asegurar la continuidad, eficiencia y calidad integral del flujo de loaner kits de ortopedia –desde la planificación y armado hasta la logística inversa y reposición– garantizando cobertura total de cirugías, trazabilidad de dispositivos médicos y control estricto de costos, con una cultura de mejora continua y trabajo en equipo.

How You'll Create Impact

• Áreas bajo su liderazgo : bodega / almacén, preparación y reposición de sets, coordinación de cirugías y transporte, control de inventario y devoluciones, limpieza y acondicionamiento de instrumentales / implantes, soporte a calidad y compliance.
• Reporta a : Gerencia de Operaciones.
• Colabora con : Comercial / ventas, servicio al cliente, supply, finanzas, compras, calidad, distribuidores y proveedores logísticos.
