Responsibilities :

• Support to maintain and enhance Quality Management System in accordance with ISO9001 : 2015 or TL 9000 to assure continued quality improvement.
• Identify improvement areas for assuring operation as aligned with company directions.
• Review and improve processes & procedures related to the quality control and service assurance.
• Manage the non-conformance and provide effective resolution and improvement.
• Develop, prepare, analyze and distribute periodic SLA / KPI reports and ad-hoc reports as required.
• Perform internal quality audits and responsible for implementation of corrective actions from all audits and investigations.
• Participate in and manage the analysis of customer complaints related to quality assurance and recommend resolution and corrective action.
• Promote culture of Quality Assurance in Operations and Project deployment.

Work Experience and Knowledge :

Identifies defects in existing processes, tracks and reports them to QA Management.
