Project Manager – Solar / BESS Projects

On behalf of ICT company Huawei Technologies, we are looking for a Project Manager to lead solar and battery energy storage system projects.

Responsibilities :

Lead project teams to align resources and schedules, ensuring timely project delivery.
Coordinate with environmental, regulatory, and engineering teams to integrate all project variables.
Develop technical scope, optimize project feasibility, and manage engineering and procurement.
Monitor productivity, safety, and compliance while resolving field issues and validating work quality.
Track progress, mitigate risks, and report to management while ensuring budget and scope control.

Work Experience and Knowledge :

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or Accounting with experience in related engineering and construction of renewable energy projects preferred.

Language Skills : Fluency in spoken and written English.

Other skills :

Experience with electricity markets, renewables, utility‑scale construction project management, and / or battery projects is a plus.

PMP Certification and advanced Excel skills are preferred.

Working Location : Santiago, Chile
