Are you ready to take on a key role in our team?

We are seeking a talented Project Specialist (Administrative Project Coordinator). This role handles daily project tasks, correspondence with internal stakeholders, and supports Project Managers with meetings, documentation, and reporting.

What You’ll Do :

• Support the successful execution of project tasks as directed by the project APM and / or Project Manager.
• Own specific, delegated project tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, issues, and risk management plans.
• Escalate project issues as appropriate and assist in resolution.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and add value.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures supporting client deliverables.
• Uphold company values centered around people, clients, and performance.
