We are seeking a Project Manager – Advisory to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of advisory projects in regulated industries. In this role, you’ll manage project lifecycles — from planning to delivery — ensuring compliance, meeting budgets and timelines, and driving collaboration across global teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Advisory projects through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Manage project budgets, risks, milestones, and change management activities.
  • Use project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, Monday, Trello, etc.) to plan, track, and report on progress.
  • Act as the primary client contact for assigned projects, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations in industries like Pharma and Healthcare.
  • Oversee project financial health, including invoicing, vendor activities, and resource allocation.
  • Work cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, on-time results.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and project lifecycle management.
  • Experience managing budgets, risks, milestones, and change management.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, Monday, Trello).
  • Knowledge of compliance and best practices in regulated industries (Pharma, Healthcare or other regulated environments).
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Nice to Have

  • Experience in Pharma, Healthcare, or CRO industries.
  • Familiarity with clinical trials, life sciences, or GCP principles.
  • PMP or equivalent certification.
  • Ability to travel periodically for business needs.
