The purpose of this role is to execute the day-to-day operational activities required to maintain the delivery of technology services to the business. The role will operate within an effective framework to ensure that standardized methods and procedures are adopted to maximize service quality and improve daily operations.

Job Description :

Estamos en búsqueda de un Service Operations Analyst para sumar al equipo de IT de dentsu Chile. Este rol combina conocimientos técnicos con la habilidad de trabajar en un entorno dinámico, multitarea y altamente colaborativo.

Responsabilidades principales

• Dar soporte técnico de primer nivel a usuarios internos (equipos creativos, cuentas, medios, finanzas, HR, etc.).
• Preparar, configurar y entregar notebooks y periféricos para nuevos ingresos o reemplazos.
• Atender consultas sobre conectividad, herramientas de trabajo, accesos y plataformas colaborativas (como Microsoft 365, plataformas de gestión de medios, etc.).
• Colaborar en configuraciones técnicas para presentaciones, salas de reuniones y soporte audiovisual básico.
• Documentar incidencias, soluciones aplicadas y mantener actualizado el inventario de equipos.
• Participar en proyectos internos de mejora tecnológica.
