Senior Regional Manager Marketing and Communications North America and South America

We are seeking an experienced Senior Regional Manager for Marketing & Communications to lead and guide our virtual regional team, currently based in the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and Chile. This role is critical for ensuring successful go-to-market (G2M) strategies and excellent operational execution of regional marketing and communication activities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a decentralized marketing and communications team across North America and South America, ensuring regional alignment with global marketing strategies.
• Translate and implement global marketing and communication strategy requirements into customized regional plans aligned with business objectives and KPIs.
• Design and develop regional / local marketing plans targeting key market segments, including budget management and alignment with customer retention and acquisition goals.
• Align and support marketing activities from strategy development to execution, controlling performance through KPIs.
• Report directly to the Corporate Global Office of Marketing and Communications in Cologne, Germany, ensuring smooth communication and strategic alignment.
• Manage the regional marketing and communications budget to ensure effective and cost-efficient use of resources.
• Design, execute, and measure marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, public relations, and advertising, to meet business objectives.
