LOCATION : Apply Digital is hybrid / remote-friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in Latin America , preferably working in hours that align to ET (Eastern Timezone) or PT (Pacific Timezone) . Candidates located in Santiago, Chile may work out of our Santiago office as remote / hybrid employees. Candidates located outside of Santiago, Chile will be fully remote employees.

The role

Are you a designer whose passion lies in shaping work with strategic vision and translating it into measurable results? We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Designer based in Latin America who will drive creative excellence on a global stage. You will join a cross-functional team reporting to the Marketing Design Lead in North America. This role offers ownership of key projects, mentoring for designers, and ensuring every creative output advances our brand with a blend of world-class design and business-focused goals.

What you’ll do

  • Own and drive the conceptualization and design of high-impact marketing projects from strategy to final execution, hand-off, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Strategists, Motion Designers, Copywriters, and Software Engineers to develop concepts and translate strategic ideas into focused, compelling designs with clear narratives.
  • Create a broad range of deliverables including data visualizations, reports, pitch decks, ABM ads, and event collateral.
  • Contribute to enhancing the Apply Digital website experience and maintain our atomic design system.
  • Be a prominent voice in the design team, providing feedback and elevating the team’s polish, especially when the Design Lead is unavailable.

  • Inclusive Design : strong understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines.
  • Motion Vision : capable of contributing to animation / motion graphics as needed.
  • Aspiring Leader : interest in growing into design leadership and business acumen.

    • Requirements

  • Figma expert with ongoing adoption of new features and sharing findings with the team.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, Midjourney, and other AI-assisted tools.
  • Minimum 5+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showing typography, UI, layout, and hierarchy.
  • Experience designing for print and digital outputs.
  • Fluent in English with clear communication skills.
  • Well-organized layers and files; ability to maintain clean project structures.
