Strategy & Operations Manager - Delivery Marketplace
The role centers on leading scalable initiatives across all markets in the Central America, South America, and Caribbean (CASA) region for the delivery marketplace. You will drive operational excellence, align supply growth with demand, and implement best practices from both regional and global perspectives. You will shape strategy while improving quality metrics and ensuring strong market performance. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who brings strong problem-solving skills, a strategic mindset, and the drive to lead high-impact projects—while thriving in a highly collaborative environment. What You'll Do
Design and implement scalable strategies to optimize incentive processes across all markets and lines of business.
Analyze market-specific challenges and develop innovative, tailored solutions. Identify and implement industry best practices to drive continuous improvement across all operational areas.
Partner closely with regional teams, as well as product and analytics stakeholders, to create data-driven and scalable solutions. Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on growth, efficiency, and service quality.
Own and manage the operational roadmap to support sustainable business growth and enhance user experience. Identify key opportunities, set goals, and prioritize initiatives that deliver measurable operational improvements.
