Overview

Join to apply for the Alliance Manager role at Sandoz .

Alliance Manager (based in Santiago de Chile or Quito Ecuador) to lead key account management across multiple countries in the cluster, developing strong relationships with strategic stakeholders and ensuring commercial objectives are met. Join us to help transform access to high-quality medicines.

Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts in Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay, Peru, and Uruguay, developing tailored strategies for each.
  • Design and implement dedicated Key Account Management (KAM) action plans aligned with account objectives.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, leading strategic initiatives targeted at specific accounts.
  • Analyze market conditions and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Organize customer events and programs in collaboration with marketing and medical departments.
  • Align internal functional areas (Supply, Regulatory, Medical, Legal, Compliance, etc.) with distribution goals.
  • Report adverse events, technical complaints, or special case scenarios related to Sandoz products within 24 hours.
  • Distribute marketing samples (where applicable).

Key Performance Indicators

Achievement of sales targets and strategic account development.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience managing large accounts.
  • Academic background in commercial or financial fields.
  • Proficiency in commercial analysis and management tools.
  • Advanced English (spoken and written).
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and pressure management skills.
  • Ability to be both strategic and hands-on.
  • Results-driven and collaborative mindset.
  • Desirable Requirements

  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
  • Knowledge of regional regulations in LATAM.
