What you will do

• Analyze the SAP SD requirements in the region and align with Global template.
• Project management for rollouts of customer experience applications including follow-up of all implementation activities and deliverables by implementation partners during the different project phases.
• Align with business counterparts (Marketing, e-commerce etc) to ensure understanding of the organization and its drivers.
• Understand and support sales flows related to ecommerce end-to-end (front-end application to ERP).
• Support of customer facing web and mobile applications.
• Assist the business on innovative projects using Agile concepts.
• Develop applications using a RAD environment.
• Work on integrations between the web and mobile platforms and the core ERP / CRM / AI environments in accordance to the business targets and requirements and in coordination with the ICT integration experts.
• Collaboration with the external hosting partners.
• Keep up with the latest technologies.
