About the Role
About the Role
As Business Development Manager – LATAM, you will be the face of ChromeGuard in the region, building relationships, opening new opportunities, and ensuring our customers get the best possible service and support. You will work closely with our global sales team to strengthen our presence in Latin America, with an initial focus on Brazil, Chile, and Peru, while also exploring opportunities in other markets across the region.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Grow Our Presence – Identify and develop new business opportunities, turning prospects into long-term customers.
- Build Relationships – Develop trust with key stakeholders in mining, civil, and industrial sectors, ensuring we remain a valued partner.
- Create Local Strategies – Adapt our sales approach to the needs and realities of each country in the region.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work hand-in-hand with our technical and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and strong after-sales support.
- Bring Back Insights – Share market feedback, trends, and customer needs with the business so we can continue to improve.
- Measure Success – Track sales activity, opportunities, and progress, reporting regularly to management.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in mining, machinery, or industrial sectors.A self-motivated professional who enjoys meeting people, exploring opportunities, and building partnerships.Strong communication skills in Spanish and / or Portuguese (English will be highly regarded).A problem-solver who finds practical solutions for customers.Willing to travel regularly within your country and across Latin America.A valid driver’s licence in your country of residence.What We Offer
