Overview
We're looking for a Growth Manager to play a key role in shaping the future of our business by driving user acquisition, retention, and engagement. In this role, you'll combine strategic thinking, analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration to design and execute initiatives that accelerate growth and strengthen our presence in the market.
You'll work closely with internal teams to develop, implement, and optimize strategies that deliver measurable impact and help achieve ambitious business goals.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute growth strategies to drive acquisition, retention, and engagement of users.
- Develop and improve processes that enable scalable and sustainable business expansion.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize impact and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Identify new opportunities to enhance the product or service experience, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure local adaptation and success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Operations, Product, Legal, and Analytics to align objectives and deliver business results.
- Use data-driven insights to evaluate performance, iterate on strategies, and optimize decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy, Finance, Consulting, Business Intelligence, or other relevant fields.A data-driven mindset, making decisions based on insights rather than assumptions.Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to manage complex and ambiguous challenges.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to build strong partnerships internally and externally.Solid understanding of business drivers such as P&L, competition, user behavior, operational performance, and risk.Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working in dynamic and fast-paced environments.Professional proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).Experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
