About the Role

Join our team to drive sustainable growth by increasing user acquisition and engagement, ultimately boosting topline performance. In this role, you'll track key consumer behavior metrics and lead data-driven growth initiatives. Your insights will shape our user growth strategy while ensuring we meet the unique needs of each market.

What You’ll Do

Growth Strategy : Develop and implement strategies to accelerate consumer growth.

Promotions & Communications : Design and execute promo and communication plans to drive engagement.

Projects & Experiments : Lead and support projects and experiments (XPs) that contribute to consumer growth.

Product Collaboration : Partner with global growth operations and product teams to localize and implement global initiatives.

What You’ll Need

Basic Qualifications

At minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, operations, strategy or growth operations

Proven experience managing teams or direct reports; experience leading cross-functional projects or teams

Strong background in growth operations : user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.

Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Ops, and CommOps.

Ability to build strategies that take seasonality into account and adjust messaging and investments accordingly

Strong business judgment and data analysis skills; any kind of SQL experience is needed

Effective stakeholder management and collaboration abilities

Clear and confident communication

Proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with analytics tools and methods
