- The Experimentation & Analytics team is responsible for leading Rappi’s highest-priority experiments and advanced analytics. Our mission is to drive incremental growth, maximize revenue, and enhance the value of our ecosystem across users, couriers, and merchants. As a Growth & Marketing Analytics Manager, you will lead Marketing Analytics within the Experimentation & Analytics team. You will define the experimentation roadmap for user lifecycle and acquisition strategies, partner with senior stakeholders to influence business decisions, optimize large budgets and ensure that marketing analytics plays a central role in Rappi’s long-term growth strategy.

- Experimentation & Roadmap
- Define and own the end-to-end experimentation roadmap for Marketing Growth, with a focus on CRM and New Users.
- Prioritize initiatives by balancing incremental revenue potential, user impact, and strategic alignment with company objectives.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Product, Growth, and Commercial to align on hypotheses, success metrics, and rollout plans for new features and campaigns.
- Ensure rigorous design, execution, and documentation of experiments, setting best practices and methodological standards for the team.
- Translate experimentation learnings into scalable playbooks and embed them into Rappi’s global growth strategy.
- Stakeholder Partnership
- ct as the primary counterpart for senior stakeholders across Product, Regional Growth Teams, and Commercial leadership.
- Influence strategic decision-making by communicating clear, data-backed recommendations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure experiments and growth initiatives are aligned with local and global priorities.
- Analytics & Insights
- Lead the development of a marketing analytics framework that quantifies the incremental impact of CRM and New User initiatives on growth and revenue.
- Translate complex data into strategic insights and clear narratives for senior leadership, influencing capital allocation and growth priorities.
- Ensure methodological rigor in A / B testing, cohort analysis, and causal inference to establish Rappi as a benchmark in experimentation excellence.
- Mentor analysts in the team, raising the bar on analytical capabilities, data storytelling, and decision-making influence
- Planning & Growth Strategy
- Build quarterly growth plans, aligning CRM and New User initiatives with company-wide objectives.
- Develop business cases and define OKRs that connect experimentation outcomes to Rappi’s revenue and growth targets.
- Support the global growth strategy by identifying opportunities, prioritizing initiatives, and tracking performance against goals.##
- Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Growth, or CRM roles.
- Manager / Lead-level experience leading projects or teams with cross-functional impact.
- Advanced SQL and strong analytical foundation.
- Proven experience in experimentation (A / B testing, incrementality measurement).
- Strong communication skills to influence senior stakeholders.
- English : bilingual or advanced proficiency.
- High ownership mindset with ability to balance strategic vision and hands-on execution.##
- Desired Requirements
- Experience in high-growth tech, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable).
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
