Overview
ECOMMERCE GROWTH MANAGER
We are looking for a results-driven Ecommerce Growth Manager to join Common Thread Collective (CTC). You will drive client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting, developing accurate, insight-driven forecasts and executing strategies to transform projections into scalable growth for clients. You will communicate performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations clearly, building trust and positioning CTC as a strategic leader in performance marketing.
You will be a representative and advocate for CTC’s approach to media acquisition and its tools, maintaining a high standard of efficiency, scalability, and results-focused work.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of Growth Forecasts and Growth Maps using the Prophet System and Statlas, aligning data analysis with client goals and KPIs.
- Plan and execute media buying strategies, optimize campaigns, and forecast outcomes to drive client growth.
- Maintain proactive client engagement, communicating performance, strategy changes, and optimizations.
- Collaborate with team members (Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, Email Strategist) and manage your pod to ensure alignment and data integrity across client platforms.
- Monitor campaigns, adjust budgets and strategies to hit daily projected targets, and implement tests to beat prior performance.
- Provide timely updates to clients and participate in weekly strategy discussions to align on goals.
- Contribute to the growth of internal tools, processes, and best practices within the CTC framework.
