Responsibilities

• Focus on incorporating external perspectives and working with partners to uncover opportunities to transform patient outcomes faster. Bring Roche's internal expertise, science, and knowledge to the ecosystem.
• Act as a trusted partner and primary (though not exclusive) point of contact between stakeholders and Roche; communicate patient and stakeholder needs, prioritize resources, and drive solutions that deliver faster results.
• Partner with patient journey stakeholders to remove obstacles and unlock possibilities to deliver value to patients and the community.
• Manage Roche products through their lifecycle and support appropriate use, including communicating their advantages to healthcare professionals in a truthful and balanced manner.
• Oversee the patient journey with systemic thinking to identify shared purposes and co-create solutions with ecosystem stakeholders.
• Be empowered to obtain local and network-level experience and resources as needed, including in collaboration with other Patient Journey Partners.
• Ensure excellent experiences when ecosystem stakeholders interact with Roche collaborators, products, and services.
