Your Role

Your Role : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director, Clinical Trial Lead to join our Global Development Operations team. This pivotal role will focus on leading high-impact, global Phase III and registrational clinical trials within a hybrid sourcing model. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic planning, and fostering cross-functional collaboration across international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global clinical trial teams and manage complex, high-risk projects with accountability for all deliverables.
• Develop and execute clinical trial strategies, ensuring successful delivery within budget, timelines, and quality standards.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned trials, representing Global Development Operations (GDO) in global trial teams.
• Oversee CROs and vendors to ensure compliance with corporate standards and maintain inspection readiness.
• Provide operational input on clinical trial protocols, informed consent forms (ICFs), and clinical study reports (CSRs).
• Lead training initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement of departmental processes.
• Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) effectively, ensuring alignment with corporate compliance standards.
• Mentor junior staff and actively contribute to talent development within the team.

Location : On-site Boston

Pay range for this position : $ 159,500- $239,300

Our ranges are derived from several sources, and largely reliant on relevant industry market data.
