Overview
PagerDuty is a global leader in digital operations management. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure customers are successful in using our services throughout their lifecycle. This role requires collaboration with sales, support, and cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment with regular in-person collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Assist assigned customer with onboarding, configuration and ongoing product adoption
- Partner with Sales to create an engagement strategy
- Build relationships with decision-makers and champions across your book of business and lead strategic meetings to discuss account usage and opportunities
- Reach out to customers and address where they are not fully utilizing the product
- Identify accounts likely to churn using product data and information to support your analysis
- Partner with Sales and Customer Support to create an engagement strategy for high-risk accounts
- Assess customers that have churned or were lost, identifying reasons and building a strategy to win them back
- Help customers achieve success using the PagerDuty platform
Minimum Qualifications
Experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Support or Customer SuccessExperience supporting a highly technical productExperience onboarding new customers and developing customer enablement documentation or webinarsAbility to use MySQL or tools like Birst, Tableau, Looker to gather and assess informationExcellent presentation, written and verbal communication skillsStrong time management, prioritization, and ability to work under pressureTeam-oriented, results-driven; Salesforce experience3 or 5 years of experiencePreferred Qualifications
Experience supporting a SAAS solutionExperience in a DevOps environment or during a transition to DevOpsLocation and Work Model
PagerDuty operates a hybrid work model with offices in multiple cities. This role is based in Santiago and requires coming to the Santiago office twice a week.
