We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager ready to build something from the ground up. You will have the opportunity to build a Revenue Operations function from scratch at a fast-growing SaaS company—shaping strategy, owning systems, and driving impact across the entire go-to-market engine. You’ll be the architect of our entire revenue process, from the moment a prospect first engages with marketing to when they become a thriving, expanding customer.

Responsibilities
Strategic Revenue Planning & Analysis
- Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models, quota planning, and territory assignments
- Create comprehensive revenue reporting and dashboards for executive leadership
- Analyze revenue trends, identify growth opportunities, and recommend strategic initiatives
- Partner with leadership to set revenue targets and KPIs across all customer-facing teams
Process Design & Optimization
Design and implement standardized lead-to-cash processes across marketing, sales, and customer successCreate stage exit criteria, qualification frameworks, and handoff protocols between departmentsContinuously optimize conversion rates, cycle times, and process efficiencyEstablish and maintain revenue recognition processes and complianceTechnology Stack Management
Own and optimize our HubSpot CRM implementation, including custom objects, workflows, and reportingEvaluate, implement, and integrate new tools to enhance productivity and data accuracyManage data flows between marketing automation, CRM, billing, and customer success platformsEnsure system scalability to support rapid business growthData Governance & Analytics
Implement data quality standards, governance policies, and regular audit processesResolve data discrepancies and ensure consistency across all revenue-related systemsCreate automated reporting and alerting for key revenue metrics and pipeline healthDevelop advanced analytics, including cohort analysis, attribution modeling, and predictive insightsCross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
Foster alignment between sales, marketing, and customer success teams around shared revenue goalsLead cross-functional projects to improve customer experience and revenue outcomesTrain teams on process changes, new tools, and data best practicesFacilitate regular pipeline reviews and revenue planning meetingsPerformance Optimization
Design and maintain lead scoring models and territory routing logicAnalyze sales performance by rep, territory, and segment to identify coaching opportunitiesOptimize marketing-to-sales handoffs and lead qualification processesMonitor and improve customer health scoring and expansion opportunity identificationStrategic Projects & Innovation
Lead special projects related to revenue growth, process automation, and system integrationsStay current on industry trends and implement best practices in revenue operationsExplore and pilot AI / ML applications for forecasting, lead scoring, and process automationSupport M&A activities with data analysis and system integration planningQualifications
Bachelor’s degreeMinimum of 4 years of experience in RevOps or Sales OpsExperience in SaaS software companiesProficiency with HubSpot, Excel, Google Sheets, and general office suite toolsNice to have
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM toolsCPQ tools experienceBackground in sales or marketingExperience in the logistics software industryFamiliarity with leveraging AI in RevOps or Sales Ops processesBenefits
