Responsibilities

• Lead a team of data software engineers to design, develop, and maintain scalable data solutions that meet the company's business needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze data requirements, design data models, and develop data integration solutions
• Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of data solutions by implementing industry best practices
• Create, maintain and improve data pipelines to facilitate accurate and efficient data transfers
• Participate in the development of project plans, timelines and budgets
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
