WBL services its loan portfolio and loan portfolios for third parties, specializing in the management of non‑performing loan pools and REO. WBL is a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce.

Job Overview

This is a remote Contract / Consultant position. Working hours will be 9 : 00 am–6 : 00 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Availability outside standard working hours may be required occasionally. The role requires excellent oral and written command of the English language. Resumes must be submitted in English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor loan pipeline for submissions assigned by the team lead, review email, documents and loan details and verify everything is correct
• Ensure that the relevant databases and trackers are updated regularly
• Conduct verification checks with relevant parties
• Preparation of intent to proceed forms
• Follow up and coordinate with multiple business units such as Finance, Sales, Title and Underwriting
• Resolve all discrepancies, escalating as required
