Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements across Sales, Service, Marketing, and other functions
• Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for the Salesforce development team
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and design reviews to align stakeholders and delivery teams
• Partner with Solution Architects and Developers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly
• Perform impact analysis on new requests to evaluate feasibility and recommend solutions
• Support system testing by reviewing test cases, performing UAT coordination, and validating functionality against requirements
• Help define data requirements, security needs, and reporting metrics to support decision‑making
• Maintain clear and consistent documentation for business processes, workflows, and system changes
• Act as a trusted advisor, promoting Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities
