Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst.

In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing our CRM and ERP platforms, helping to drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness. You will work closely with business leaders to resolve challenges, clarify requirements, and ensure successful project delivery through clear roadmaps, use cases, test cases, and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to collect and evaluate business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational and project objectives
• Prepare detailed system specifications, covering both functional and non-functional aspects
• Develop thorough use cases, process diagrams, and wireframes to demonstrate system features and user interactions
• Collaborate with development teams to guarantee accurate realization of requirements
• Identify potential obstacles and risks during project planning, recommending practical solutions
• Create and maintain UAT test cases and coordinate user acceptance testing activities
• Communicate regularly with business leaders to ensure project goals and expectations are met
• Track project milestones, monitor deliverables, and adjust schedules as necessary
• Provide ongoing support for system improvements and updates
• Design and deliver training resources and sessions to help end-users maximize system capabilities
• Take on additional duties as needed to support company initiatives and the scope of this role

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Salesforce.com administrator, with exposure to Sales and Service Clouds
• Demonstrated background as a Business Analyst, ideally within CRM environments
• Strong analytical abilities to convert business needs into precise technical requirements
• Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and other CRM or ERP platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities and projects at once
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum, and tools like JIRA
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, focused on delivering effective solutions
• English proficiency at B2+ level or higher, both spoken and written

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree from an accredited institution
• Salesforce.com Admin certifications (ADM201 and ADM211)
• Business Analysis certifications such as CCBA or CBAP
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Communities
