Patient Experience Team Lead

Overview

Fixed Term or Secondment until 31st March 2025. Are you passionate about improving patient experience and driving service excellence? NHS Fife is offering an exciting secondment opportunity for a motivated individual to join the Patient Experience Team as Team Lead.

Reporting to the Head of Patient Experience, you will support the delivery of person-centred care by leading on complaints handling and patient feedback. This role offers the chance to influence service improvement across NHS Fife through collaboration with clinical teams, senior managers, and stakeholders.
