About the Role

Reporting to the HR Manager People Experience, you will :

• Lead and champion safety initiatives, promoting a “Zero harm” culture.
• Manage delivery of projects and initiatives on the People Plan.
• Provide HR policy and program feedback to the HR Business Partner and stakeholders.
• Partner with HR Business Partner colleagues and leaders to design people initiatives that support business plans.
• Develop performance of the advisory team in alignment with Rio Tinto values.
• Coaching leaders to build effective workplace relationships and enhance people management skills.
• Implement HR reporting and metrics, escalating emerging issues and using data to drive decisions.
• Build employee relations capability across the business and support strategy within the ER framework.
• Contribute to collective agreements, guiding the collective bargaining process.
• Act as a trusted advisor on change management, workforce planning, and cultural alignment.
