Omniscient Digital is an organic growth agency that partners with ambitious B2B SaaS companies like SAP, Adobe, Loom, and Hotjar to turn SEO and content into growth engines. We are hiring a Talent Operations Lead to build and own our recruiting function from the ground up. You’ll manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding, and lay the foundation for a scalable talent engine. If you’ve built recruiting systems before, thrive in fast-moving companies, and want full ownership, this role is for you. You’ll be given significant freedom to shape how we hire, work with leadership across the company, and play a direct role in how the team grows.

Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting : Own sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing for full-time, part-time, and contract roles across SEO, content, marketing, and operations.
- Source Like a Founder : Use platforms like LinkedIn, Clay, and other creative channels to find and engage candidates. Write highly personalized outreach that gets responses.
- ATS & Tool Management : Set up and maintain our ATS (Ashby), interview workflows, and recruiting tech stack. Evaluate and roll out new tools as needed.
- Build a Scalable Recruiting System : Document and improve recruiting workflows, scorecards, and interview processes. Set and report on KPIs.
- Partner with Hiring Managers : Help define role requirements, hiring plans, and decision-making frameworks.
- Own the Candidate Experience : Ensure thoughtful, timely communication, and a positive experience at every step from outreach to offer.
- Drive Offers & Onboarding : Lead compensation conversations, generate offer letters, and coordinate onboarding logistics with hiring managers to create a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Support Talent Operations : Assist with systems for payroll, payments, HR tooling, benefits, and other people-related infrastructure as we grow.
Qualifications
You’ve built or heavily contributed to recruiting programs at a startup, early-stage company, or fast-growing team, not just executed in someone else’s system.You have 2-4+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent operations experience, including sourcing, screening, and closing.You’ve owned or customized an ATS (Ashby, Lever, Greenhouse) and can design workflows and interview plans from scratch.You’re a systems thinker who documents everything and is always looking for ways to improve, automate, or streamline.You partner closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and keep everyone aligned throughout the process.You’re data-driven. You track your own recruiting metrics, communicate progress transparently, and use data to improve outcomes.You’re self-directed and operate with urgency. You don’t need handholding and prefer to own outcomes end-to-end.You’re empathetic, thoughtful, and care about the experience candidates have with our company.You bring a high bar for excellence without ego.Why you should work with us
