Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Performance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will take on a leadership position, guiding performance testing efforts and overseeing the analysis of system and application performance. As a key contributor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our systems operate at optimal efficiency, meet reliability benchmarks, and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Own the performance testing strategy by defining, developing, and maintaining comprehensive performance test plans and automated scripts using industry-standard tools
  • Lead the execution of performance tests, analyze complex results, and deliver detailed performance metric reports featuring actionable recommendations to enhance system efficiency
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to set performance benchmarks and design tailored test scripts based on evolving system requirements
  • Mentor team members by providing technical guidance and establishing best practices for performance testing and analysis
  • Investigate and troubleshoot performance-related issues; proactively identify and measure potential code inefficiencies or bottlenecks
  • Review, validate, and contribute to business and system requirements to ensure all deliverables are performance-testable
  • Implement monitoring solutions to track system resource consumption and trends, delivering proactive insights for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance analysis and testing, including 1+ years of leadership experience in performance-related projects
  • Advanced expertise in Apache JMeter and Dynatrace APM, including hands-on implementation and optimization
  • Strong foundation in AKS, system performance monitoring, and test automation tools
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate findings and strategies to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)

  • Deep programming knowledge of Java and the ability to contribute to performance-related code optimizations
  • Experience designing and executing tests with HP LoadRunner or similar performance testing solutions
  • Background in the eCommerce domain, with an understanding of high-demand, scalable systems
  • Practical knowledge of Apache Kafka, Redis, and distributed architectures
  • Strong SQL skills for advanced data analysis and validation
