About your role
As a Product Onboarding Manager at Juniper Square, you'll lead the end-to-end onboarding experience for customers, with a primary focus on transforming their investment data for our application. You'll work directly with clients, becoming an expert in our product and diverse alternative private investment data (private equity, venture capital, commercial real estate, private credit, etc.)
A core part of this role involves gathering and consolidating data from various sources and accurately mapping it to the Juniper Square model, often interpreting complex legal agreements and structures. Throughout this process, you will be a key partner for our customers :
You’ll also contribute to improving our onboarding tools and processes, recommending product enhancements, and collaborating with internal teams across product, sales, engineering, and customer success.

Compensation
Compensation for this position includes a base salary and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $110,000 and the Canadian base salary range is $75,000 - $87,000 CAD. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
