Salesforce Project Manager

We are looking for a Salesforce Project Manager to guide the delivery of Salesforce initiatives and coordinate cross-functional efforts.

You will play a critical role in aligning distributed teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring all milestones are achieved on time. Join us to make an impact and help our clients succeed.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce delivery projects from start to final deployment
• Handle stakeholder engagement and foster effective communication throughout the project
• Direct and align remote and geographically dispersed teams toward shared objectives
• Mitigate risks and drive change management activities during the project cycle
• Track progress to ensure all agreed milestones and outputs are delivered on schedule

Requirements

• At least 2 years of direct experience in managing Salesforce projects
• Proficiency in stakeholder engagement, clear communication, and risk mitigation
• Background in leading remote-based and geographically diverse teams
• Awareness of change management frameworks and processes
• English language fluency at B2 Upper-Intermediate level or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with SharePoint integrations
• Understanding of Power Automate functionalities
