Role
Business Development Manager – Chile (Forex) is responsible for identifying new leads, expanding our network of Brokers and Partners, and growing the business in the Chile region. You will work closely with regional marketing and client relations teams to maintain strong relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Originate business leads and identify opportunities for expansion within the CFD industry.
- Build and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs) and Partners; maintain contact with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales to achieve monthly / quarterly targets.
- Conduct periodic competitor analysis to identify opportunities for VT Markets.
- Provide troubleshooting and business support; act as primary contact for partner-related issues and coordinate with internal teams to resolve them.
What Success Looks Like
Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets through a well-managed sales pipeline.Strong relationships with IBs and partners; contribution to top-line growth and user acquisition.Active participation in events such as workshops and seminars as part of the business development strategy.Qualifications & Experience
3+ years in the CFD industry in business development, with experience dealing with IBs and partners.Strong contact base of IBs / partners in the relevant market; a diploma or degree in any field; technical and functional skills.Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis in Excel; proficient in PowerPoint for pitches.Soft Skills
Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with partners and clients.Fluent in Spanish with proficiency in English.Other Requirements
Occasional travel within Chile (approximately 10%).Remote role requiring use of personal device and laptop for work.What We Offer
