We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Performance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to ensure our systems and applications meet the highest standards of performance and reliability. You will work with cutting-edge tools and technologies, providing valuable insights to improve system efficiency and user experience.

Responsibilities

Define and develop performance test plans and automated scripts using industry-standard testing tools
Execute performance tests, analyze and evaluate test results; generate performance metric reports and provide actionable recommendations
Develop performance test scripts tailored to system requirements
Assist in analyzing test and operational issues to identify and measure potential code defects
Review and analyze business and system requirements to ensure performance testability
Monitor system resources and provide feedback on performance trends

Requirements

3+ years of experience in performance analysis

Expertise in Apache JMeter and Dynatrace APM

Background in AKS and system performance monitoring

Good communication skills and the ability to articulate technical findings effectively

English language proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

Nice to have

Programming knowledge of Java

Experience with HP LoadRunner or similar performance testing tools

Familiarity with the eCommerce domain

Understanding of Apache Kafka and Redis

Skills in SQL
