We are seeking a skilled and dedicated SharePoint Manager to join our dynamic team.

This pivotal role involves SharePoint development, leading a development team, and strategic planning to deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the SharePoint team to ensure high-quality outcomes within established timelines
  • Perform development tasks such as coding, troubleshooting, and testing in SharePoint
  • Plan timelines and allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to align goals and outcomes with business needs
  • Facilitate team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and actionable solutions
  • Oversee release schedules and manage associated risks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards during development processes
  • Mentor team members to foster a culture of learning and collaboration
  • Stay updated on SharePoint advancements and trends to drive workflow improvements

Requirements

  • 7+ years of background in SharePoint development with managerial experience
  • Expertise in SharePoint technologies, including SharePoint Online, server, and designer platforms
  • Knowledge of Azure
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Capability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively under pressure
  • Proficiency in analytical thinking and problem resolution
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Background in release planning and coordinating with stakeholders
