Overview
Are you a physiotherapist with a specialist interest in influencing service delivery within Orthopaedics? The inpatient orthopaedic physiotherapy team is looking for a Clinical Specialist to lead, showcase and develop the current service to respond to changing service needs. The team provides high quality, evidence-based care across elective, trauma and our dedicated hip fracture ward. You will also have the opportunity to provide an orthopaedic physiotherapy service to paediatric cases.
Location and Service Coverage
Core orthopaedic service is based at Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy. The team covers elective day surgery at Queen Margaret in Dunfermline. Both locations are commutable from Lothian, Forth Valley, Dundee and Perth, with car sharing among colleagues often available.

NHS Fife offers development opportunities in-house, with feedback and appraisal processes (including PDP meetings) and access to peer group and management support. NHS Fife may consider flexible working requests and can provide funding for external courses.
