About the Role
- Aim : Ensures business continuity by coordinating procurement transactional activities, administrative tasks, and cross-category data reporting, while promoting standardization and operational compliance. Manages PSC team by fostering a collaborative work environment, promoting motivation, inclusion, competence development, and ensuring task allocation and adherence to priorities. Drives continuous improvement and process efficiency, ensuring consistency across categories and alignment with service level expectations. Collaborates with internal stakeholders (Category Managers, Procurement, Finance) and external partners (Vendors) to enhance the end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) process and ensure service quality and compliance.
Main Responsibilities
Monitors the procedures and policies for the requisitioning and order managementLeads and supervises the daily operations of the Procurement Service Center, ensuring effective task distribution, alignment with priorities, and consistent performance to support business and financial objectivesCordinates and executes transactional procurement activities, including PR review, PO creation, and resolution of work items (blocked invoices) and other issues, in close collaboration with Focal Points, requestors, Buyers, and Category Managers to ensure process efficiency and complianceImplements and enforces procurement guidelines and procedures in alignment with the global PSC operating model, promoting consistency, compliance, and operational excellenceCollaborates with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any transactional-related issues. Solves potential escalations and prevents their re-occurrenceFosters a culture of innovation, promoting continuous improvement, standardization and operational efficiencySupervises Vendor Master Data operations, ensuring accurate registration, activation, extension, and maintenance of supplier records, and supporting related process follow-upEnsures the adoption of best practices and standardized processes within the Regional PSC, in alignment with the global PSC operating modelEnsures Procurement Service Center overall performance (KPIs, SLAs, etc.) monitoringEnsures effective workload distribution and continuity by organizing backup structure during team absences, including holidays and sick leaveIs accountable for managing people assigned, ensuring a management system based on Group values, motivation, diversity & inclusion, competence development and empowermentEnsures effective communication, cascading of information from line managers to their teams and escalating relevant information to the line managerRecruits, manages, motivates, coaches and develops own teamLeads and develops the assigned team by recruiting, managing, motivating, and coaching team members, while promoting a management approach grounded in Ferrero values such as diversity & inclusion, empowerment, and continuous competence developmentEnsures professional growth through regular performance evaluations and targeted development initiativesRequirements
Educational background
At least a Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or other related fieldsProfessional experience
Around 5+ years of relevant procurement / back office / administration / customer service work experienceInterpersonal Skills
