We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our fast-growing team in Chile. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of energy storage systems across various sites. You’ll need to be adaptable, work independently, and thrive in diverse environments. If you’re ready to take on an exciting technical challenge, this is the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

• System Troubleshooting & Maintenance : Diagnose and resolve electrical, communication, and system-related faults in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) to ensure smooth, efficient performance.
• Perform system installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption to operations while working autonomously on-site.
• Communicate technical issues, updates, and status reports effectively to customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work in Diverse Environments : Be willing to work in various locations, including remote areas and challenging environments, while maintaining safety and operational standards.
• Remain adaptable in a dynamic work environment, and confidently navigate diverse, multicultural settings when required.
