We're looking for a driven, high-energy Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. You'll play a key role in building our global workforce sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across operations, customer success, sales, and support roles. This isn't your typical HR or corporate recruiting job; you'll move fast, think creatively, and treat recruiting like a business growth engine. You'll connect exceptional people with meaningful opportunities while helping us scale globally.
What You'll Do
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume roles (operations, entry-level, offshore, and support).
- Source top talent through creative channels : LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, communities, and direct outreach.
- Build and manage candidate pipelines with clear metrics and predictable hiring velocity.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine job descriptions, and prioritize hiring needs.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by communicating promptly, clearly, and professionally.
- Use data and tools (Airtable, Google Sheets, ATS systems like Manatal or Workable) to track performance and hiring metrics.
- Continuously optimize the recruiting process for efficiency and scalability.
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations and Client Success to support account growth and staffing demands.
You Might Be a Great Fit If You
