Key Responsibilities

Lead the Tech recruiting cluster within our TA team — guiding, mentoring, and aligning recruiters to deliver top talent.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior and complex Tech roles worldwide.

Partner directly with Tech leadership and hiring managers , aligning recruitment strategies with critical business needs.

Design and execute employer branding campaigns that position Trafilea as the destination for elite IT talent.

Optimize recruitment processes, tools, and metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, conversion).

Ensure a seamless candidate experience from first touch to onboarding.

5+ years of experience as an Tech recruiter , with proven success on sourcing and closing complex tech roles.

2+ years leading or mentoring recruiters — you know how to motivate, align, and scale a team.

Bachelor’s in Business, HR, or related field.

Agile, KPI / OKR-driven mindset; comfortable managing metrics to improve performance.

Exceptional communicator and relationship builder with IT leaders and senior stakeholders.

Proactive, organized, and hands-on — you remove blockers, solve problems, and make things happen.
