Job Summary
In this hands‑on, insight‑driven role you will develop signal‑rich pipelines of high‑fit candidates, build sourcing systems, craft outreach strategies, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to bring in top talent. The position demands a strategic mindset, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of the consultancy engineering sector and current market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and execute proactive sourcing strategies across job boards, communities, referrals, social media, and more to optimize for quality, speed, and diversity.
- Use data, tools, and intuition to map the talent landscape and identify high‑value passive candidates, engaging them through personalized outreach.
- Conduct ongoing market research to provide competitive intelligence on talent trends, competitor movements, and industry developments.
- Maintain and curate living pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring compliance and consistency.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to calibrate role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Screen, assess, and engage candidates; coordinate interviews, screens, and scheduling logistics to ensure a timely progression.
- Document and tag candidate context (skills, motivation, timing) in the GPS ATS for downstream use.
- Champion employer branding and content initiatives that resonate with passive and volume talent.
- Adjust tactics based on shifting hiring needs, market dynamics, and internal priorities, adopting a forward‑thinking recruitment strategy.
Required Skills & Experience
Education : Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level.Experience : Minimum of +5 years in sourcing or recruiting, preferably in high‑growth technical environments.Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of consultancy engineering and mining sectors; familiarity with technical roles and organizational structures.Cross‑border Talent Acquisition : Experience with global recruitment practices, compliance, and market variations.Technical Expertise : Proficiency with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and talent analytics systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Talent Insights.Network : Established contacts within the consultancy engineering and mining sectors; ability to leverage relationships for rapid talent acquisition.Core Sourcing Skills : Boolean search, talent mapping, pipeline development, and passive candidate outreach.Data‑Driven Mindset : Tracking metrics and improving funnel performance using data.Communication & Collaboration : Excellent written and verbal communication; strong stakeholder management.Language : Fluency in Spanish and English.Organization : Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple pipelines simultaneously.Diversity & Inclusion : Incorporate inclusive sourcing strategies and promote diversity.Negotiation & Influence : Influence stakeholders and negotiate with candidates to secure top talent.Seniority Level
