Description and Requirements
Overall Description : Ownership of marketplace operations, including step by step until delivery, after-sale claims and E2E tracking reports. Responsibilities : create internal purchase order, request credit unblock, logistics delivery, tracking till customer´s reception. Manage customers´ claims in the marketplace platform. Keep track of all in consolidated report. Conciliations. Attain sales targets defined for the route-to-market
